There is a significant difference in the percentage payable amounts for In-Network and Out-of-Network Comprehensive Health Benefits (includes medical, mental health, and substance use).  To minimize your Out-of-Pocket expenses, you should use In-Network Providers whenever possible.  When In-Network Providers are not available, the Plan may allow Out-of-Network services to be paid at the In-Network benefit level when certain criteria are met.  For more information see download below or call Cigna at 1-800-235-7748.
