Customer Care Hours Changing
AUG. 4, 2011 - Effective August 1, 2011, our Boilermakers National Funds (BNF) Customer Care hours will change to 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Participants and Employers should call BNF Customer Care at 866-342-6555 for questions about Annuity, Pension and Employer Contributions. Contact information for BNF Health and Welfare questions depends on the type of information you are seeking. Below is a list of Health and Welfare contact numbers by inquiry type for your reference.

Significant Changes Made to Health & Welfare Plan
JAN. 7, 2011 - Amendment one, which includes major changes to the Boilermakers National Health and Welfare Plan, was recently adopted by the Board of Trustees.
These changes
make it important to use a Preferred Provider to avoid unnecessary and potentially expensive out-of-pocket costs.
