JUNE 29, 2009 - Retired participants may have noticed the amount of their monthly pension checks increase due to new 2009 tax withholding tables issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This required change will likely result in a decrease in the amount of income tax withheld from retirees' checks.
