We are aware Participants are experiencing difficulties contacting the Boilermakers National Funds Office via telephone and we apologize for the frustration of long wait times.
Currently, our daily peak time with the most callers is around mid-day across the time zones, which equates to 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. Central time. Also, our lines are busier on Mondays and Tuesdays. You might have more success contacting our Customer Care Representatives if you:
- Call during non-peak times between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Central time.
- Call on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
The Funds Office is creating a Customer Care Call Center to better meet your needs. We are in the process of improving our technology and training more employees who can answer your calls timely, correctly, and efficiently. We expect the Call Center to be functional sometime after the first of the year.
