Faster Answers for Providers

Providers can now obtain patient information more efficiently thanks to the combination of Boilermakers National Funds' new Call Center Coverage and interactive voice response (IVR) system.

When you call 1-800-242-5444 Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST, your call will be directed to a Customer Care representative. After hours, your call will be directed to our IVR system where you can follow voice prompts to get SECURE medical eligibility and benefit information. Claim status is no longer available using the IVR; please call 1-866-342-6555 for claim status information. 

Personal contact with a Customer Care representative and the use of our IVR are ways in which the Boilermakers National Funds are striving to improve our services for providers.
