Participating employers make contributions into the fund on behalf of each covered boilermaker employee as determined by the collective bargaining agreements. Contributions are invested over your career. The value of your account depends upon the amount contributed for you and investment performance. Unlike the Pension plan, the Annuity plan offers a loan program for eligible participants.
