Please note: Effective 1/1/08, Delta Dental is now the primary dental benefits network. All dental claims for services received as of 1/1/08 should be submitted to Delta Dental. Claims with a date of service prior to 12/31/07 should be submitted to CIGNA. You may consult the dental fee schedule for those dates.

We encourage you to call the Boilermakers National funds interactive voice response (IVR) system to verify eligibility and benefits. Simply dial toll-free 1-800-242-5444 and follow the voice prompts to get SECURE answers to your questions. The IVR is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
