This notice describes changes to the Plan and supplements the 2023 Boilermakers National Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description (SPD).  The benefit changes included in this notice apply to Active H/G/GR and Retiree Coverage and are effective as of July 1, 2023, unless otherwise stated.
